After much rabble rousing of the political world and GOP, Meghan McCain has scored a large book deal.  A book on technology and the GOP.  We all know the only reason a GOP-er is singled out for such things is when they go against the GOP in a Moderate/Liberal pleasing way.  Honestly, why a publishing company would want a wet behind the ears trust fund baby to write a book is confusing. This woman hasn't even experienced life yet.  Growing up "trust fund" and going on the campaign trail with dad are not life experience.  Memories maybe, but not life experience.  When has the use of a computer been the sole qualification for a technology "expert?"  The book publisher can think of her as an "expert," but her politics are dyslexic.  In one article, Ms McCain talks about finding "Mr Far Right."  McCain states that, "I am not only turned off by people who voted for Barack Obama, but I am also turned off by people that voted for my dad—or more so, obsessive supporters of my dad."  What?  So what she is saying is don't vote, and I'll date you?  Makes sense though considering the voter turnout amongst her age group wasn't that great.  There should be a large population of too-lazy-to-vote 20-something men for her.  I have ripped her dad repeatedly in this forum.  Perhaps that makes us soul mates?  Truth be told, here is the reason Political Coward 2.0 is making a scene...  Ms McCain intends on running for her dad's Senate seat in 2016.  Or, perhaps if Senator McCain can't finish the term, she will be selected to fill it?  That is my bold prediction.  I also find it interesting that the McCains and Steve Schmidt have all come out in favor of gay marriage.  This is really proof of political cowardess.  If the McCain family and Steve Schmidt want to support gay marriage, go right ahead.  Just do it as Independents.  Don't try to use the GOP as your launching pad.  The Conservative movement is about traditional American values.  That is marriage between one man and one woman.  To speak as a Libertarian, if a state wants gay marriage (California), let the voters decide via referendum (Federalism).  Oh yeah, California did and it FAILED.  How?  Large Hispanic and African-America support.  California now has a constitutional amendment defining marriage as between a man and woman.  How in the heck is gay marriage a boon to the GOP when these two minority groups oppose it in Liberal California?  Isn't that the argument the McCains are making?  That the GOP needs to embrace more "groups."  A bigger tent?  Next these three stooges will talk illegal immigrant amnesty.  You just wait and see.  The GOP needs to resist these three stooges and get back to Conservative principles.  Defending your principles is heroic, compromising them for political gain is cowardly.
