President Obama had a press conference touting the orders he gave his cabinet to cut costs $100 million.  Our favorite Janet Reno 2.0, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, said her dept could save money by buying office supplies in bulk.  Well hallelujah!  The Obama administration discovers what the rest of us have known for years.  Especially businesses.  A little thing called economy of scale.  The GOP has called for Napolitano's resignation.  Perhaps Janet 2.0 could move over to the Commerce dept with her new found knowledge of cost savings?  Or the Office of Management and Budget?  Of course, the most serious thing in this whole matter is that Obama pushed a $3.6 trillion budget through.  Plus a $400 billion omnibus.  Plus a $800 billion stimulus.
