The New York Post has a brilliant article on President Obama's first 100 days in office.  I don't know why the first 100 days are so great.  Perhaps it is because Congress is only in session 100 total days each year?  Whatever the case, House Speaker Pelosi and Obama have made a big deal of it in the past.  Now the NYP takes Obama to the mat.  The big winner here is President Carter.  Carter had been the most incompetent and ineffectual President ever until Obama came along.  Obama has accomplished in 100 days that which took Carter 1200.  Congrats to you Obama.  Palin weighs in at #17.  There are many others that weigh in.  The GOP had better get a message together soon.  I have read various GOP-ers want RNC Chair Michael Steele to use the work "Socialist" to describe Obama.  Obama is a Socialist, but the GOP has done just as well with the word "Liberal."  I would stick with that a bit longer.  Obama will continue his Socialist ways as the automakers and banks struggle.  Keep the term "Socialist" on deck for now.  The GOP should try coming up with more alternative plans as well.  They can't just sit back and watch Obama fail.
