It was recently discovered in a "leaked" memo that the EPA had serious doubts regarding Carbon Dioxide's ill affects on the environment or people.  The DFL, lead by Rep Henry Waxman (D-CA) want to pass a "Cap-and-Trade" bill to tax Carbon Dioxide emissions.  However, given the amount of bloviating and self-promoting the Democrats do, there is talk that the bill might be scaled back because it unfairly targets the Democratic leadership.  A group known for large blow holes spewing many coal power plants worth of Carbon Dioxide every day.  Oh the humanity!
