There are something like 2 million federal and 18 million state/local government employees.  This is your tax dollars at work.  More here...  Surfing porn on the taxpayer's time?!?!?  WTF!  In the private sector, most companies have an Internet usage policy.  Abuse it, and loose it.  "It" being your job.  "Abuse" being something as simple as shopping online instead of working.  In a sane world, there would 1) be porn filters on these stupid government computers, 2) immediate termination of the offenders.  See what happens when you don't have to produce anything but CO2...
