This is just absolute Socialism, tyranny, nanny state, et al, revolution worthy crap.  A contrived and rammed through monstrosity.  I expect most Democrats to back such drivel, but one Republican?  What the heck!  Rep Joseph Cao (R-LA) has just made official RINO status, and is ensured of a primary fight come 2010 due to his weakness.  Explained here by him.  President Obama made promises?  Do tell me Coward Cao...  What "promises" has Obama kept so far this year?  Not many you dunce.  No matter... Cao will go the way of the DoDo bird with Rep Bill Owens (D-NY) come 2010.  And with many many Democrats.  I can't believe the GOP leadership allowed him to vote "yes" even with 218 "yes" votes in hand.  Would have been a nice signal to have ZERO GOP support.  Oh well, the fight heads to the Senate now.  The good news here is that not only is Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) every bit as incompetent and stupid as Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), but Reid requires 60 votes in the Senate.  Not a simple majority.  Obama is wayyy too optimistic about Reid's abilities.  Reid could screw up a Senatorial Committee on Sitting.  A useless RINO has chimed in.  Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) might be right, but he is still an unworthy and unreliable news source.  I don't trust him even if he is spewing favorable predictions.  Another good take here.  A shaky win for the House Democrats, a radioactive career killer come 2010.
