Every Conservatives favorite DFL incompetent Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) is looking to push a test vote on his MASSIVE Health Care bill this weekend.  Saturday of course to keep the debate under wraps as did the House.  Never mind tat public opinion of the CURRENT health care system is at an all time HIGH.  Reid did score one more "wavering" Senator "yes" vote with a bit of PORK.  More debt added to the already LARGE National debt just to buy a vote on top of the bill's overall debt.  We'll see if the Pro-Life crowd holds tough.  It just has to piss a guy off that these buffoons must buy votes to pass a bill.  NOTHING these idiots do has a majority of public support.  They just cut deals, etc, and get reelected in their usually cushy districts.  That will all change come 2010.  Afterwords...  Push for term limits!

Updated 11/20/2009: The "cram down" is in full force.  Votes are being purchased.  $100 million here, $300 million there.  AARP, et al...  You know a bill is unpopular when the "bribes" are this high.  I remember the movie, "The Distinguished Gentleman."  A guy from an energy company was trying to get a vote in his favor via a high ranking Congressman.  Imagine his surprise when the "bribe" required for the desired outcome was MUCH larger than normal.  Ditto here.  As poll numbers drop, the bribes grow...  Dick Morris talks about the tough choice these Senators have.  More here about the coming tax hikes that will be required.  Prepare to fight this thing ASAP!
