Archaeologists announced today that after many years of investigation via ocean exploration, the fabled lost city of Atlantis has finally been found.  By accident!  Atlantis was written about by Plato around 400-ish B.C..  It was a city purported to be highly advanced.  Ahead of its time.  This appears to still be the case as Archaeologists release their findings.  The city used advanced materials and was likely the first "Green" city in the world.  Archaeologists always suspected that Atlantis sunk into the ocean and now it is fact.  The city has risen in Great Britain among "older" medieval buildings with a ring of water providing a sense of separation from the surrounding area.  Tectonic plates deep beneath the surface moved in such a way as to expose the city again.  A UK spokesperson marveled at the shear magnificence of the main Atlantis structure.  Reporters asked about using such architecture in new UK buildings, but it wasn't clear if the citizens of Atlantis would share the knowledge.  Pressed about the matter the spokesperson stated that even if the technology was freely given, it would likely cost 500 millions pounds to fund such a structure ($1 billion USD).  In a time of great economic hardship, that is a number no one can swallow.  For now at least, British citizens can only be on the outside looking in...
