The Founding Fathers argued at one point that only property owners should have the right top vote.  The worry being that those without property would vote other people's property into their possession.  Everyone was given the right to vote though in keeping with the freedom concept, etc...  Well, well, well...  We have now reached the point where nearly 50% of American's are sloth losers...  No net Federal taxes paid.  Ugh!  Ugh!  Ugh!  Oh the horror to have to actually pay for the troops that keep us safe!  I'm starting to think the voting system should be changed where American citizens become share holders in the country.  Then given votes according to their contributions.  Everyone gets at least one, but Bill Gates equals 10,000 votes, etc...  Or better yet.  We talk about Carbon Credits.  How about Government Service Credits?  You get so many credits per year.  Want free health care?  Use credits there., but get waited on last at the DMV, etc...  Let those who foot the bill go first...  Of course, these ideas are somewhat sarcastic, but something has to give.  To have almost 50% of households pay no net Federal taxes is crap!  Do you pay taxes?  Yes? Look at the person next to you.  That person is your dependent.  You are supporting them 100%.  Any questions?
