I about spilled my 12 year (was 18 year pre Obama) glass of single malt highland goodness upon reading these two despicable articles.  Liberal kooks use the First Amendment to defend a cowardly fake Medal Of Honor recipient.  These same Liberal kooks will likely use the same First Amendment to defend the exposure of Top Secret facilities by "anonymous" sources.  Bull crap!  This is no different from when President Bush was in office and the NYT exposed Top Secret CIA info, etc...  The DOJ should have closed the NYT down and put them all in jail.  To extreme you say?  Well, chew on this!  If the government can just shut down 73,000 blogs they deem "inappropriate," what is exposing Top Secret info?  There is a little something called Article III of the Constitution.  The big words...  "Aid and Comfort" to the enemy.  "Treason."  Seriously...  Isn't a blog "Free Speech?"  I can write fact or crap at my heart's desire.  However, you can't go into an airport and yell, "Bomb!"  You will go to jail as you should.  Thus, you can't just claim to be a Medal Of Honor recipient.  Isn't there a law against impersonating a Police Officer?  Is that covered by the First Amendment?  Can I go out and claim to be a Policeman?  How the HECK is exposing National Security secrets not treason?  This is EXACTLY why the GOP needs to grow some balls and block Elena Kagan for the Supreme Court.  Don't forget Bork, Janice Rogers Brown, et al, were blocked by the DFL.  Super individuals.  All HIGHLY qualified.    Kagan is a Liberal kook 110%.  That alone is enough to block her, but then you get to her ZERO experience ala Obama.  Don't let her contribute to the destruction of the Constitution.
