No sooner do I slam Liberals and their selective use of the Constitution, and a new example of treason emerges.  I hope the zit faced little weasel accused of this treason gets life in prison.  The death penalty would be ideal.  Better yet...  How about life at Gitmo!?!?  America is in desperate need of a Gulag.  We need a Super Max Gulag up in Alaska.  Far northern Alaska.  These criminals don't deserve 23.5 hr lock down.  They need 24 hour suffering.  Michelle Malkin has a great treason page on our useless media.  A media that should have several members in jail for life.  I need to clarify something here though...  The concept of a "Whistleblower" usually applies to private industry.  Company "A" dumped chemicals into the river, etc...  The concept of a "Whistleblower" doesn't apply to the Government technically, because the government can't generally be held accountable in court.  Government is held accountable in elections.  Additionally, a company that dumps chemicals into a river ultimately ends up paying HUGE bucks to the "victims."  Government malfeasance leads to lost elections (ideally).  The sticky wicket in this big mess of "Whistleblowing" is the need for Government to have secrets.  You don't want the enemy knowing your business.  Foreign or domestic.  Let's face it...  Government is nothing more than a bunch of half truths and lies.  A collection of cover ups.  Essentially, you have the mob.  The President is the Don.  The Cabinet is the "Lieutenants."  Something goes wrong, can't be covered up...?  A "Lieutenant" takes the fall.  Some low level "soldier" miss treats a prisoner?  I say, so what, but in government you project blame and accountability towards everyone else but yourself.  There are like one million committees and subcommittees in the House and Senate.  If there was truly some massive conspiracy going on in Afghanistan, shouldn't these documents go to the appropriate committee?  That committee would review, etc...?  Sort of like how Speaker Nancy Pelosi, et al, knew of the "torture" going on at Gitmo years back.  Here you have appropriate action.  A committee is handling a situation of Nation Security.  Not some low level loser leak in the big government incompetence dam.  Question...  If we truly had a media, would these documents had been leaked? Question...  If we had "journalists" in prison for life due to previous BIG leaks, would these documents had been leaked?
