I have written about this completely incompetent tool, and his ilk, many many times...  Senator Graham (R-SC) is one of the TOP 5 perps in the 2004 to 2008 "Destroy the GOP" RINO-fest.  I'll mention the others...  Senators Susan Collins (R-ME), Olympia Snowe (R-ME), Arlen Spector (D/R/D-PA), and John McCain (R-AZ).  You might be wondering, "What?  No House members?"  That is right.  I'm sure the House has RINOs, but a RINO can't do as much damage in a majority vote scenario.  The Senate is 60 votes.  This requires at least one or more minority party votes to pass anything.  Enter the before mentioned USELESS political hack RINOs.  These five are the perps of such additional bad legislation passing votes (TARP, auto bailout, etc...).  Graham being the lone vote for Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan.  The LONE GOP vote!  Ugh!  Anyway...  The state of SC has really helped offset my complete disgust with Graham by censuring him three times!  Hooray!!!  Perhaps this clueless boob will wake up?  I doubt it.  Graham should just move his SC offices to D.C. because that is who he represents now.  The Ruling Class in D.C.  Goodbye from SC you hack!
